Are you ready to enroll your child in one of the programs we offer at Grace Child Development Center? Once you have decided that our school is a good fit for your family, please fill it out the enrollment packet and bring it, along with required documentation, to your scheduled appointment.

Registration Fee: $75

- 1 year old: $195
- 2 year old: $190
- 3 year old: $185
- 4 year old (no VPK): $175
- 4 year old (in VPK): $135
- School Age aftercare: $95

Before Your First Day
Once you have reserved your child's spot in our center, please remember to bring the following on or before your child's first day of attendance:
- Completed enrollment paperwork
- Florida Certification of Immunization (Form DH 680)
- Student Health Examination (Form DH 3040 or equivalent)
- Change of clothes
